Work
culture is a way of life to work in organization from policies, procedure and behaviour
of people. The work culture from other country is difference from other like
their work-time, holiday and their weekend. So in Malaysia the work culture is
define from their culture like Indian, Chinese and Melayu is always come late
to office. From Ros, Schwartz, & Surkis say, Possible impacts of individual

So their must take responsibility to make their work culture is different from
their tradition culture.
To
enhancing organization image and performance, the first thing is communication.
The communication can lead a strong team and the command can reach to all level
from position of work in company. If their always to communicate to each other,
the employee from low level can give a solution or a good idea to solve the
problem. As we know, in Malaysia we have a hierarchy system to avoid a employee
and leader to talk in every situation. Their only can make a solution if there
are invited to meeting or there are calling by the boss to their room. It seem
stuck to company get advanced like the other company in Jepun are always can
talk each other either employee or boss if their have problem in company.
Next,
the ethical organization culture. A ethics from leader in the organization can
manage employee and may their have an effect on the morale, loyalty and their
altitude in the organization. The good ethical can adopt to all worker in the
organization a leader can be more easily to change work culture in their
company. When leaders have high ethical standards, it encourages workers in the
organization to meet that same level. Ethical leadership also enhances the
company reputation in the financial market and community. A solid reputation
for ethics and integrity in the community may improve the company business.
Besides,
The company can exchange the workplace and job for certain worker who are bored
to doing the same thing in their work. If their company have provided for exchange
the environment in their workplace. Their employee can be focus on the job and
be more comfortable to doing the job. Their performance can be increased
because their not strees in the workplace. Their company also can change the
ruler in the company such as give the merit system to all employee to gain a good
worker. It also can involves the use of badges, rewards, leader boards or
rankings, points, challenges, and other game elements to make repetitive and
quantifiable tasks more engaging.

addition, a leader can set a clear goal and provided feedback to all employees.
A clear starting goal or a vision company provides guidance for everyone. It effective
to all worker to make their work fast an not like creating jobs delayed. Additionally,
it is important to provide feedback or show that employees are being supervised.
The
conclusion from the task, the work culture can being transform to good action
of the leader at the organization. When the leader take a risk to manage a
worker in a short term. It can be a difficult to person who want to change it.
For the long-term period their worker can be following the rules and scare if
their not adhere to the job. It also can change altitude, behaviour and also
can increase productivity to face a future challenges.
