era for this theory, the company especially need give to employee a training
and give the right job according to skill what the employee can do. Career
development is the set of goal for long-term become a professional worker. The
employee need to learn new skill with the training, get to move higher job
responsibilities or making change altitude to become a good employee to follow
the law of job in company. Not all the employees are follow to become a good,
it based on the individual to make a change in job or maybe another style of
