I came across your advertisement in the star dated 17 may 2017 and would be grateful if you could let us have detail about your travel packages.

I as a representative has been assigned by University Utara Malaysia Nature Club (UUMNC) to search for a travel package for forty members for the upcoming semester break. We would like to visit various places of interest in Malaysia. We plan to travel during the school holiday starting from 1 July until 7 July 2017.

At first I as a representative of the university want to know about the price offered by you to us. As written that a person who wants to get a package is priced at RM 360.00 per person. Does the price may be reduced if we want to run a program as many as 40 people as a whole. Next, we want to pay an advance payment of RM5000.00 to choose whether this will get a higher discount. We expect credit terms will facilitate us to pay for this program if successful.

Next, I would like the pakage or brochures offered by the national park besides 3 days and 2 nights. If we want to run this program during the week how to setup the host in a commitment to our club. Because many of our participants, is expected to offer apart from the hotel and the local village. We need a more comfortable place to gather as homestay because it can provide comfort during the activity takes place. Facilities are good and comfortable recreational activities will help participants in an atmosphere rich in flora and fauna.

Finally, we would appreciate if you could give a thoughtful proposal in terms of transport and other safety and the best to us. As such as where to go is in the woods. So whether allocation items or the host itself already provides security officers to escort us throughout the events.
